Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If a refund cannot be issued to the original method, store credit may be provided as an alternative.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing admin@wellercypb.com. Please include photos or videos to help us verify the issue quickly.
