The 2019 release of George T. Stagg is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 116.9 proof (58.45% ABV). This release contains bourbon from barrels filled in the spring of 2004 and aged in warehouses C, H, I, K, and Q. It is described as having notes of “vanilla and toasted oak with a floral undertone, followed by a long finish of cherries, coffee, and black pepper.”
